  • Avoid too much of a blow dry: Try to minimize the use of hot tools on your hairs. Occasional styling is fine, but blow drying or straightening hairs on a regular basis can lead to thin hairs instead of thick and attractive.  To manage the moisture balance of your hairs try to minimize the use of hair machines.
  • The diet: it is also a very important component, to keep your hairs healthy and in the pink of health. Eat a healthy diet to maintain proper health of your hair.
  • Careless handling of hairs: Avoid brushing and combing of wet hairs. As this can lead to innumerous hair fall. Brush the hairs when they are a little bit dry.
  • Tie hairs while sleeping: As tying your hairs while sleeping creates less friction with the pillow and prevents your hairs from getting damaged.
  • No hair care treatment: The best way to fight the hair loss and thin hairs is getting a hair care treatment from a well known spa or salon.
